Yes you will have to move the rad forward a little bit... depending on the size of your turbo too.

Mount the turbo low, to clear the alternator... but not too low so that you dont get a good flow of oil back to the sump.

You're gonna have to chop the manifold where the 4 tubes converge... it'll then look like a sawn off 4-barrel shotgun.

Weld a flat plate onto that which is the same sixe as the flange on the turbo. Bolt the turbo to your new manifold.

Yo uwill then have to make a new downpipe to bolt onto the side of your turbo... The std lower half of the manifold will be thrown away. You will be best making the new system link upto the flange where the CAT is now...

ok am gettin there u need to bear with me m

so what you do is cut the flange off the ex manifold and make a new one to mount onto the turbo

Then mount the turbo

Then make a downpipe and flange to bolt on the other side of turbo

Is that correct

The std downpipe will be useless.... have a look at a std exhaust manifold.... which includes the downpipe.

Look for a pic of a 4-branch manifold in a mag or on a website somewhere...

Yeah that's true....

I wonder how the Ecosse turbo is getting on, as last time I saw that the unit was mounted on a pretty steep angle!
