The manifold will depends on where you prefer your torgue. i have a gmc 4-2-1 on mine and it made a lot of difference in drivability. Pulls a lot better through the revs withnit and the car certainly breathes better, not having the cat in obviously helps.
I wouldn't get a powerflow if your not getting something made up thats nothing special. custom zorsts are never as good as the readily available ones as they are not gas flowed or designed for best back pressure etc
You can get various defferent twin exits already and one of them, although I can't remember which one, allows you to keep the spare!
Its really upto you whether you want one tailpipe or two but I have twins and its getting a bit common now.
