You buy a property and the sub comes with it.. Left hand side of the map, 3/4 the way up the coast..

Off this map..

The top river, coming out of the big lake.. Its the purple dot above that on the coast.. Where the little islands are. You pull off the main road, onto a little dirt track, which goes down, then its the shack at the bottom you buy, and the sub comes at the end of the pier, and you get an email, saying please help us clear up nuclear waste, and when you get in the sub, your phone opens an app which directs you to the waste..

Also, you can get out of the sub, and have the scuba gear on.. Not tested if you can get out under water, but I'm sure i read that you can..

Now have two Adder's and from the looks of it AMG c65 Black.

I haven't went far into the game Yates you should be able to get to it by getting close then dive down (unless you've went online and its patched it)

Don't think you can get online yet anyway can you?

Out of interest if you save something in Michaels garage, can you access it with the other guys?

Once you find the briefcase go to micheal/franklin (whoever isn't in the water) save it... Collect the briefcase then change character straight away then change back straight away the briefcase and air should be there'd and filled up. The reason for saving is just incase they have patched it (reason I'm asking if you've been online or signed into live when playing as they have patched it... If they have patched yours just go to the Xbox dashboard and clear the games cache and you should be able to grind cash)

If your looking at the hatch (and opening) and its at 12 o'clock you will see two small ledges left and right. It is on the left hand ledge both character should be able to get down to the area with ease but keep an eye on your air and if it gets close to nothing change character and then change back.

I will take a picture of it when I turn on the Xbox in a few hrs.

I think it works on both regardless, there is another with riding through a clothes shop killing the person at the till the shoot the three tills then you go out to the pavement then back in.
