Default Rear disc hub replacement

Hi folks,

Probably going to be doing nearside rear wheel bearing. I know from trying to remove the hubs off my old axle (disc hubs by the way) that they fall apart and leave the inner race on the stub. I also realise that the best plan is to buy the hub with bearing already in and fit that. As far as getting the old race off, I will probably just cut it off.

Thing I wondered was, is it easy enough to fit the new hub - given that the old inner race gets stuck on? Is the inner bearing on the new hub going to bind up ? Heat the hub perhaps before fitting?

Cheers
Craig

Should be ok to just make surr the stub is spotless, grease it up and then push it on.
