how much trouble can you get into for uploading music to youtube?
got some rare vinyl records i would like to upload thats all.

Go ahead mate. At worst they will flag up and ask you to remove it if it breaches any copyright or anyone files a complaint.

If you get caught they'll remove the content "under copyright grounds". Do it a few times and they will close your account and apply an IP ban.
