Few wiring questions.

I stripped everything from a VTS to put in an AX including ALL of the loom engine and interior. But the time gap between putting it in the AX was a little too long to remember everything haha.
So... Ive put the loom in the AX put the ECU, fuses boxes and engine plug inside the car.
There is 2 wires ( Red and blue ) that was close to the engine loom plug. Where do they go?
Also theres a wire that goes from the little fuse box to the big fuse box - am i correct in thinking thats a Live wire?
Also could i run a wire from the battery to the alternator to the fuse box?
