With email how you make like a template so at the bottom of the page it always has your information there, like name address phone number ect?

What ever you are using e.g. outlook, gmail, hotmail etc. Search this on google:-

Replace QQQQ with the email client you are using.

Your on a mission with computers atm, starting a business or something?

As above, totally dependant on the client. As a general guidance you need to look for something in the settings about a signature or footer or similar.
