Grenade fat burner or animal cuts?
Which do i go for, gotta decide by 5 o clock if i want them with the free t boosters. not to fussed about them.
Ive used grenade before, did a good job i thought, lasted long time. However it didnt give me any energy buzz and sometimes made me feel like i was going to pass out.
Never used animal cuts, mixed reviews.
been ripping for over a month and results are slow. got holiday in a month so need to hurry it up. I think grenade will do a good job. however i want greatness.
anyone used either of these? what were your results like.

Neither to be honest. Heard nothing good about them apart from online reveiws that are normally a load of shite. Mates who have tried them dont rate them. And natural test boosters are a waste of time and money. I have an article somewhere that decribes why.
honestly if you want a fat burner look into ECA or Clen.

If you want serious results in a month go on a Keto Diet and take Clen, will loose over a stone no problem at all.

My guess is if hes leaving till a month before then the preparation and dedication of a keto diet would be too much to ask.
But you should try fasted cardio, and a clean low carb diet. Eating every 3 hours etc. No carbs for your last 2 meals.
