could be coil pack? There's a guide somewhere on here to testing resistance.

Are you low on fuel, could there be crud in the filter that's restricting flow when it's running?

Any dash lights?

Mine did this last week after i hit a pot hole, pressed fuel cut off switch and still nothing. In end, i rang RAC, he plugged machine into it, threw up 6 faults, cleared them and car started back up.
Worth a try, plug a diagnostic machine into it, clear faults then try starting it up

Changed the coil pack if I chuck fuel in the intake it will run fine and yes I'm low on fuel but should still run and I have good fuel pressure

If it runs if you're manually adding fuel it's a fuelling issue, no matter what your fuel pressure says.

If it's ran low it could be shit in the injectors, you'd still have fuel pressure but it may not be getting to the cylinder correctly.

I'd start off by putting a quarter of a tank of fuel in it to rule out pump starvation issues, gives you a solid base to work from.

Yeah will try that but I've changed the injectors and the fuel rail there is plenty of fuel there

Are they firing? Pull the rail out of the head with the injectors in and crank it over. Set them to spray into a bucket or tray.
