Buring Urine - After exercise/water - Saxperience

Probably the most random thread I’ve thrown up, but I’ve not found many answers on the net as of yet.

Basically after 30mins running, then some upper body exercise (may be irrelevant), I’ve now drank three 1litre bottles of water and had a small green tea. Going for a slash now, and my piss gradually started to burn. It’s now full on burning!

The same thing has been happening for a few days now, always after exercise/lots of water intake.

Don’t suppose anyone knows why this is? Im guessing I may have drank too much water in a short period?

Can just be a simple usrine infection mate.

Best thing is go to GP just to get a check over.

It would be due to not enough water? As your not clearing the impurities out of your system?

I think I know what this is. 99% sure anyway. Apparently its when you go for a piss but you don't let it all out (i.e. your not fully emptying your bladder). You may think you are but I guarantee if you try and force out more, more will come lol! Sounds weird I know but after a while, the urine that is still inside your bladder becomes a little bit stagnant. Therefore when you want to go, it really hurts - burning sensation, kind of feels like your pissing razor blades.

Drink a lot of water and make sure you fully empty your bladder when you need to go. Should clear up within a day or 2

Im up for a laugh, his comments were just pure lame though.

I personally dont think its an infection as it only occured those two evenings after heavy water intake. So I need to pee but it doesnt come out, just burning.
Just had a more intense workout (think Ive overdone it where Ive hit minus calories though), had 2l of water. No burning today.
