drove the car at cadwell yesterday, got some hot laps in, no camera so no lap times but they felt decent.
rc-6 pads are fantastic even if they squeel like a pig when used gently
wider 205/50/15 r888 sticks like shit. no scrubbing on track at all. plenty of scrubbage on full lock lol

What off-set are your wheels? I'm surprised the 205 tyres fit!

R888 are great in the wet, I only use them when its pissing it down. if its only damp then slicks are just as competitive

205 width ftw.. I've been using this size for years and wouldn't go back to 195 with my power. Just so long as you get the right offset and trim things properly you won't have issues.

id agree
205 fitment is far best. 195 just isnt enough. i no longer own.a daxo so its easier for me bur i use 205 ob.my front and 215 on my backs. only running 140 whp atm though and i can say skidding has become a thing off the past

currently have -0- camber on o/s strut
removed the strut striped off all my suspension and built up a new leg only to fit and then realise it was the wishbone that is bent not the leg! gutted...
no camber lol

did cadwell yesterday and blew the clutch. not friction but the springs from the plate escaping... not the first time ive had this.
fitting a new one today should be fine for donington tho
these are valeo clutches i have been using. if i wasnt going to be using a paddle soon with the charger then i would be fitting a helix organic right now.

4 trackdays 1500 miles
was going to hit blyton today but im saving the new clutch for donington on sunday (FCS).
i think its engine braking that i may be using too much. i guess the clutch will get the brunt of it. this is the 3rd valeo thats gone in the same way.
new one that went in
and peg sat with me whilst i did all the work
i do have some footage but im not proud of it. head winds at cadwell on park and start straight. i actually thought there was something wrong with the car power wise till i realised how windy it was.
best lap in the wind and damp track was 1:52 utter wank. not proud. i was really starting to get into the groove then the clutch shit that spring
pissed me off as it totally dryed out after. there was even a few other saxos there but i never got a chance to speak to them.
