Does any one know what the max BHP u can get out of a VTR engine and whats ppl pushing thous with VTR's

Cause although VTS is quicker the one i got looks stunning just dont know what to do engine swap or engine mods


Any one help give me an idea on what they are pushing at at what cost?

most powerful "normal" (when i say normal i mean paid for by owners pockets) vtr in the country was a guy up my way and he hit 175 horses at the wheels.

And it was far from finished!

so do you know what he had done to get it pushing that much!

i would assume port and poshied with a 4 branch superchiped cammed posible increased fueling with bigger injectors!

cuz i will either tune up the vtr engine or drop in a vts for like £500

i'd ave thought drop in a vts engine for £500! presuming dats all in all and then go from there!

his was supercharged with full exhaust and manifold intercooler etc...

its having head work and cam done at the moment

Scott i presume u are talkin about John (J99) his is apparently the most powerful VTR (S/C'd) Mines bein done as we speak and shall be done for FCS if u wanna see it (On the Carworx stand) we are estimatin 200bhp @ the fly, but will be gettin it RR'd asap to find out exactly.
