Well, I'll happily admit that i have not driven many cars so i don't have a lot to compare it to. My brother however has driven a massive range of cars and he was very very impressed with the handling and performance.
Speed wise, it's fast enough for me. 0-60 on paper is 8.7 i think, i reckon that's about real world speed too. My absolute favourite bit is the lovely grumble you get from the engine/exhaust when you go through 2000-4000 revs in 2nd/3rd, sounds DIRTY!
Handling wise it's fucking amazing. Can chuck it about very easily, can hold it round corners very precisely and you get a lot of feedback through the wheel. Cup chassis also provides you with loads of feedback and can feel what's going on without getting rattled around. LOTS and LOTS of grip!

Standard for the foreseeable future, doesn't need anything and i want to keep it as a mint example for as long as possible.
