Default Battery strengthener removal query.

Hi there, could anyone point me in the right direction towards removing the battery plate strenghter,I've drilled out all the spot welds that I could see but I'm obliviously missing some as it won't budge,I would like to take it out as one piece if I can,any help is much appreciated.

just lots of spot welds and 3 layers of steel, we removed that to fit a satchell mounting and the lowest layer was like a caterpillar had been at a leaf.
