Default Will car pass MOT with no jacking point?

So I've taken some body panels off my project car and discovered it needs
*some* welding (and I use "some" very lightly XD) the biggest problem I've found is, there is no other way to describe it, the drivers side rear jacking point and all the area that isn't covered by the plastic sill cover has disintegrated!

If I was to cut the jacking point out entirely and weld it all up, would it pass the MOT or do you have to have jacking points? I personally never use them as I find them to be quiet flimsy

Default

Jack it from the rear axle. That removes the hacking point argument. I would only assume that a rusty car would fail on the rust.
