Arctic freezer 7 pro rev.2
Just bought the cpu cooler and fitted it and it is not spining, only when the pc post it spins for a split second then stops.
tryed on another pc and still the same, the temp is more or less the same as my last HSF about 30 idle, tryed turning on and off pmw in bios but no change.
its a intel e6300. even in the bios it says "cpu fan speed n/a".

Is it connected to the right header on the motherboard?

Yes, also tryed connecting straight to psu with adapter but still not working. the pc is running stable, iv played crysis for a bit and run sum apps to see temp move, but the temp didnt go to high realy, so far its been running for a couple of hours now with no problems but i cant understand why the fan does'nt spin at all.

Sounds like a dodgy fan then if you have tried it running straight from the PSU. Should look into sending it back then mate unless your happy that the temps are safe without the fan working!
