Ok, who's the mods nowadays now most people have moved on?
The amount of scallys that can't speak properly and spam is unbeleiveable, i get bored reading most threads.
Unless everybody is 15 and hasn't passed their english GCSE ?
Luv ya baii.

Because people have moved on from Saxo's..
Thats kind of the point im saying, thus fresh mods should be implemented imo.
I havn't used this site since i sold my saxo. But i've been on it loads this last week, and i've already realised what the fuck has happened since a couple years back, lol.
Probably the reason for PT :o

there are a few new mods cropping up recently
ive been one for about 8 months now and the team is growing/changing constantly
tbh there can be too many chiefs not enough indians
and you have to be careful aswell with how heavy handed you get
a lot of members get a thread deleted and get there arse in their hands then whinge
so its a fine line

There have been a number of mod's welcomed to the team in recent months, at differeing levels. There have also been some demotions of inactive staff members. THere may well be a few more over the next few days.
The issue of stupid posts is not truly an issue for the moderator team to resolve. Its an issue for the community as a whole. If you tolerate ridiculous posts and lead by example, then people will follow. Show a good example and people will follow that too.
On a side note, often it appears that no/few staff memebrs are online. This is because the majority of staff appear to be using 'invisible mode'. I've mentioned this before and it is something I dont like for continuous use. If staff dont want to be 'seen' online, maybe they shouldn't be staff? I've contemplated removing the invisible mode for staff a few times...
If anyone is interested in becoming 'staff', then all enquiries are considered. Not all requests are approved though, sorry.

You have to face a number of tests, a bit like takeshi's castle
But in all serious, dont spam the forum, be helpful in your replys and you may be picked
