Engine cuts out and judders

Bonjour, all help appreciated . Below is a list of my problems:

1) Engine sometimes cuts out after starting, and doesn't start first time. Never cuts out after it gets going though.
2) Acceleration and deceleration judder, there is a slight delay after moving my foot on or off the pedal. Relatively subtle but noticeable
3) Judders only when cold, much more noticeable than the above.
4) Revs bounce at idle.
5) Revs rise by themselves at idle.
6) Revs bounce at start up, almost cutting out and bouncing from 400 to 1000.

Revs fluctuating at idle seems to be a saxo problem from my past experience. Sometimes rises to around 2000rpm. Have you looked at cleaning your idle control valve?
