Right just phoned up again telling them the whole story...
ishmail, told me i had recieved an item that alows me to have my wireless network adaptor sot further away from my console...
so i said it was the actual adaptor i needed not the extension...
he said sorry for the mix up sir we will send a brand new one out within ten working days...
