Default Computer with 2 operating systems

I just brought a laptop off a mate, when you turn it on i get Linux/Ubuntu or what ever it is, and Windows Vista come up. I want to delete the Ubuntu completly off the system. Any ideas on how to do this?
When i turn it on i get a box with loads off boot options, (i can get a pic if needed) but the computer is crap lol
Anyhelp would be good

Hi mate

You need to delete the ubuntu partition in computer management and then fix the master boot record following this guide:

Cheers mate, i dont want to fuck the computer up lol, its a small netbook... so no disc drive etc to recover it if it goes tits up.

Ill have a look at that tho.
When i boot up i get 2 options for ubuntu, i think 3 recoverys and 3 Vista.. so i think its got loads of operating systems lol.. cowboy computer fixers for ya lol
