Default Engine Management Light

Hi guys,
Recently my car broke down and i had a new ignition coil fitted. Since then my engine management light has been flashing and also solid. I took it back to the garage and he replaced the spark plugs but other than that said there is nothing wrong with the car. When changing gear it has no power and sometimes judders. Other times it will be a smooth drive
Any advice is appreciated
Thanks

I have an autel(?) it's really good, clears codes and reads them too. Cost £25 new from the bay. Your injectors could be playing up?

When you change gear, you obvioustly dip the clutch i hope!

Maybe theres just an error stuck that causes it to cut out when you put the clutch down..

My 1.4 did it for ages
