You don't happen across one of these, so it's safe to assume you were after a 525e in particular. Fair play, fingers crossed it turns out well.
Not to be a pedant, but if it was fully restored 5 years ago, is that corrosion in the first picture on the lower front wing / sill join?
IIRC there's a windscreen scuttle drain above/behind the suspension strut top that clogs up with leaves and shit, stops it draining away, can lead to corrosion down the A pillars and leave you with holes inside the engine bay behind the fuseboxes. Worth a look if it is, stop it in it's tracks.

You've got a good eye. There is a bit of rust on the one wing from a fool rolling the lower arch. It's by no means perfect but it's a great platform to start from.
Air ride has already been quoted but is a while off.

Them dub kids man!
Do it proud man, lovely car that.
They're generally pretty solid, get a look at the fuel tank under the boot floor, even if it looks decent, a wire brush scrub and a coat with some hammerite will likely save you a few hundred spoons shortly.

Someone is about 20 minutes from my house to collect the Mk2. He's come all the way from Devon. We'll see what happens...
