THE LAST LOOK OF THEE COOLEST 1.1 before its a baked bean can
Brought my saxo 1.1 in april last year having the mind to sell it after a year but i dont want to and im going to keep it and drop a VTS in it hopefully this june if funds are right.
The car when i brought it had 48,000 miles in mint white, full serivced from citreon it was the first car i saw and was up for £1300 and i brought it for £1140, had a years MOT and Tax the car was for me.
First thing i done was black out the badges (which recently were stolen outside college so i had to buy some more and t cut them)
Next thing was to get a new interior and on the way i crashed stupid car pulled out in front on me hands up was my fault i hit the car very little damage tho so was fine, went home to see what was acutally done but wasnt that bad, went and got my VTR interior soon after and looks mint in my car
Next week clean it for a day including engine bay interior everything that could be reached, i was then thinkin off striping it out and seeing what it was like, soon put it back in as there was nothing done to my car.
Went to get my car sprayed the orginal white again to make it clean as i can go, i then got a facelift grill which i got sprayed satin black, doesnt really look that great but get it sprayed depending on your comments!!
Next couple of month there will be a large change:
Shopping list:
Lowering springs 50mm
comoptive Mo 15, piss me off those 3 stud would be easier 4 stud
Magnex exhuast and 421 manifold
VTS conversion as well as brakes and all the other requirments

looks like a tidy car
should go well when you drop a vts lump in it
are you leaving it looking like a flatarch???

id vts it
its a fair bit of work
would mostly be quite straightforward
but theres a few brackets like the ecu plate and things youd need to weld on

everything will be fine, have a look at willsy's thread, just need engine from the same year, get the VTS loom, ecu and gearbox and you'll need the ecu unlocked iirc.

surely it would be more cost effective to buy a vts rather than converting another car.
