Default Loose mirror

I have a tiny problem. when driving my drivers side mirror will shake, obviously because it has come loose.
I know its a very simple fix but i would like to know what i should do. and what to use like adhesive etc...

thanks.

the whole unit ?, if so take off the trim around the mirrow adjuster on the inside of the car ( just pull it off ) and ther should be 3 torx screws, tighten them up, if the mirrow still wobbles, remove these screws, tiger seal the basplate to the car and screw it all back up,
