Update: Polished TB and Green Panel Filter

Right small update, before the remap i decided to smooth down the Throttle Body a small amount and polish it up and I've also put a green panel filter in my standard air box along with an aluminum cold air feed.

Just doing these small bits to try and get a few extra bhp after its been mapped!

Can only see the after pics lol looks good though! Im going to polish the tb on the 16v engine before it goes in Presume you will be going to fcs 12? I will definetly be going this year

Update: Cammed

Got the car cammed on saturday.
Piper 285's with a 3 Plug predator ECU fitted and mapped by Andy (luthor1). Im the second person to have the 3 plug and still on trial but so far its spot on!
Starts first time, everytime. Bit rough when cold for the first 20 seconds of running but then levels out and idles fine!

Also got the cambelt and water pump done and the oil changed. Oil filter came lose yesterday and i lost quite a bit of oil but all sorted now!

Found out when i replaced my gearbox a few months back it turned out to be a VTR box so gunna change that with a VTS box in the next month along with a 4-2-1 manifold and removal of the EGR valve, followed by a fresh map just to make the most out of the cams.

Got a rolling road next saturday so will be interested to see what its running at baring in mind im still going to get a manifold, remove the EGR valve and get a new map.

Car is noticeably faster and torquier and pulls through the revs much better.

Not been on here in so long.

Got my car recovered home that day and a week later bough a blue Audi S4 2.7 twin turbo. Saxos all fixed up now and about to be sold hence why im on here now. lol
