you should fit the sri turbo/gsi bumpers as well as the lights, id also paint the center caps as well or spray them back silver

I'm already on one. 3rd year of uni doing well also worked hard for my daily driver and mini. Maybe one day you'll own a car half as impressive as a mini like mine. That id like to add is probably worth twice your beloved VXR is.

I have most of one saved as well but no need buying a house whilst as uni is there and no need mentioning on a forum for little reason other than to brag. Nothing wrong with an sri is there if that's what's in his budget.
It's not jealously when my car stands out far more than a vxr? And goes up in value not down.
Why knock his new car. He's happy with it.

im not knocking it, but he will feel so much difference from a saxo, there slow and handle like a bag of nails, i gave a view of my car!!! and it just so happens to be the same as his, it looks better than a saxo though..

the astra feels better to drive than the saxo not worried about anything falling off or breaking lol the saxo is a nice drive to as it handles well but the astra isnt far off and its a bigger car the astra drives smoothly
p.s mini will out handle all the above

found it has full irmscher kit bumpers, side skirts, spoiler and backbox wanna get some gsi lights on there eventually

mine also has the same kit, very rare and was only fitted to a limited number of SRI models, mine is now on 110k and still runs alright just replaced the starter motor and she starts first time daily, i just find it so boring to drive compared to the s with only 136bhp and the weight of a plane

i find mine quite exciting you have more of a feel for the road than a saxo and the breaks actually stop you
