Which won't do a damn thing to improve your car.
It's a rev limiter.
You've already got a rev limiter. This won't let you increase revs, only reduce them, and what sensible reason would you have for doing that?

Not sure where it is on the ECU.

But behind the instrument cluster on connector "B" (the big yellow one) the rev counter signal is on pin 1

I know that that. But with a powerbuilder like this you can set a REV 1 and a REV 2, REV 1 is for normal rev and REV2 is for when the handbrake is engaged.
You will get the abillity to set a rev limit for both options, this is managed by slowing down the ignition to keep it at that rev. Than there is a thirt setting for gain, the gain determines how fast you will bounce of the set rev limits.

Think can result in a better launch and some flames pops and bangs.

Beside that, it is my car right? i know some people might think what a shit mod and i dont blame them. I am just curious how to install it.
