nice aint they. they are full of sugar. if you are slim wanting to add weight keep them up, if wanting to lose fat etc then dont bother with them. they arenyt like protein shakes or anything either. god the vanilla ones nice tho

what protein ones would you suggest? Was talking about it at work but we couldnt remember any

yeh as said whey protein does the job. dont waste any time looking through them just wait for the sale at holland and barrats and stock up (on sale you can get a tub for 9.99)

i have choclate one with full fat milk (stanard) and peaunut butter, its like a snickers shake or something. nice and rammo with protein

Im looking to put on a bit of weight to turn into muscle lol. What sort of protein drinks can you recommend for me? Pretty skinny lil stip atm tbh just want to get a bit bigger and defined.
