As above, but also been to http://www.mechrepairs.co.uk/ which is based in Cheltenham. They did a great job tweaking my cam timing after the bigger valve head was installed. Realistic figures, but notoriously known for producing low figures. Hence, a lot of barrys don't go there...

Also been to Jam Sport. Figures seem very high indeed! Not sure on cost on either, sorry.
