If i wanted to get flames coming out of the exhaust pipe how would i go about this? would i need to get a de-cat pipe? i have heard of the flamer kits but have also heard they aren't very good. advice please

flamer kits r the best option. costin around £150 jist of it is, is that somethin placed in the exhaust pipe ignites the unburnt petrol in the exhaust gases. can be controlled by a switch mounted in ur car. hope that helps

flamer kits are gaybar, and they really dont work very well on a normally aspirated engine. Simos car flames like a mofo but he does have a turbo under the bonnetsmileys/smiley17.gif
Best bet to get even small flames is straight through or close to straight through exhaust and an enclosed induction kit, though there is no guarantee that this will even produce small flames

depending on how hard u 'boot it' aswell.
On smaller engined cars , it wont do much at all , as there isnt much unburnt fuel in the exhaust.
As Scott said N/A vehicles arent the best for this. But I have seen some amazing cars with big turbo power popping some NICE flames!
