when fitting a mf2 and 5th injector and 2bar map sensor do u still leave the standard map sensor in the manifold and unplug it or do you buy one that replaces the standard one

you can use them both mate as the mrf2 will run from that

you leave the standard map sensor as the ecu will fook up otherwise. the 2bar map sensor is connected to any breather pipe from the inlet manifold (take the t-piece as close as possible to the manifold) which is then wired to the mf2.
do not replace the standard map sensor
the mf2 can only read the 2bar map sensor as it has to measure boost where as a standard map sensor cant

As said above you will need both. Easy enough to set up if you have a air/fuel ratio device.

it is pretty straight forward to setup if you have an afr gauge (as said above). the instructions are crap tho - pm me if you want the instructions to read over as i have them on my computer;)
