rite im no profesional on these its the first car ive bought with 1 fitted!!!

it replaces the FPR,so does it increase the BAR of fuel pressure being fed into the engine,or does it stay at a constant for example 1.6BAR????

how does the work and is it worth keeping on the car 2.0seh valve engine with cam chip and remap, also a full stainless exhaust(note the car wasnt manufactured with a catalytic convertor, its h reg early model, info on the boost valve its self would be great

get rid of it or make sure its properly set to standard fuel pressure, otherwise you are risking damage to your engine as if its overfuelling you are at risk of bore wash. When you sort it drain your oil and check for petrol contamination.

phew! a friend of mine had one fitted to his standard 205 and even on the minimum setting he had massive overfuelling. They are only good on heavily modified engines that need significantly more fuel over standard.

Yes they are good on modified engines. Because adjustable fuel pressure for modified engines can only mean a good thing!

yer used to have one on a VTR and when it was cold engine managment light would keep coming on and car would stall due to incorrect mix.
