Okay, I have a VTS w/ 3 Plug ECU.
BMC
Straight Through Exhaust.

What do I need to go Catcam 708 spec?
Would you recommend the Raceland Manifold?
Where do I take my car for a map?
Can I run my car without a map for a while/how long will it take to get the ECU mapped (appointment time)?
Should I upgrade to GTi-6 Brakes?
Would you reccomend a Shortshifter too?
How much is all of this?

Good luck getting hold of him! Besides, I wouldn't recommend a re-map with a 3 plug ECU. It's just not worth it...

3 plugs always seem to make less bhp but its not by much

No, changing the camshafts is good! And also a change of management is required. I just think re-mapping the stock ECU is not the best thing. Re-mapping a 3plugger is far worse...
