VTR fuel consumption

Just thought i would start a thread to see what the rest of you guys get mpg wise.

I have a full magnex single box exhaust with de-cat and a k'n 57i (soon to be changed for raceland/green) and i can usally get 80-100 miles on a tenner that round town driving to with some sprited moments:p

thats bloody good mpg if you do only town driving and spirited blasts.

one weekend i done 457 miles on 40 odd quid.

that was with piperx and summit crap exhaust.

i used to gete 36mpg out my 90bhp mk2 with lots of spirited country driving, 98bhp which richie has does more spirited then me always got more in the 40's :n:

well i can do nearly 200 miles on about a 3rd of a tank when i go away to college which is about 60miles there then from hotel to training centre and back then out at night then home at end of week

well i worked it out roughly and it says i am get in and around 40mpg add or take a few

not a vtr but a 1.1 with piperX open ind kit and exhaust, I got 410miles out of a tank the other week. Fuel light was on though

no engine mods and i usually get 80-100 miles to a tenner, and thats town driving and heavy right foot sometimes.
