Mk2 vts head. will it be ok on a mk1?

as above really. i need to source a new head as mine has a cracked inlet port. i have a mk1 99 engine. will the mk2 head with the prongs on the front work exactly the same on my engine? is there any pro's / cons of doing this?

please let me know chaps i want to get my car on the road asap.lol

Should be exactly the same head mate iirc
