Quickie...
Would Grp A engine mounts be overkill for a 106 on bodies? I was thinking of getting them done the same time as the bodies go in, as I've already got a fair bit of movement there. Would the Grp N mounts be more than suffice for the job?

for the road group n would be fine.track group a's.it depends how mad you are tbh, like if you dont mind your dash vibrating etc.

yea i would have to say the same asbove, group A would be a total overkill for alot of road use as would prob turn your dash upside down. group N would be fine for roadand still make a difference on the track.

With the group A mounts, you also have some welding to do....

Hopefully early 'ish next year. I need to make sure the budget is all up to sratch, and other things with the car are tip top. Otherwise I'll be taking things from behind so to speak!

I've got Group N top mounts and the lower mount that's almost solid metal, with a small ring of rubber in the middle (I presume group n??) and it shakes my whole interior at certain revs, at around 2200rpm and 3300rpm !!
I have a standard interior and I'm going to buy a powerflex lower mount (I presume slightly softer) as the group n/a stupid for everyday driving !!
I was tempted to go back to a normal lower mount, but I think it'll increase the risk/times that I snap the engine bolt as keeping the rest group n, with the softer the lower mount you run an increased risk of snapping the ECU mount bolt.
But, I'm going to keep the mount, and put it on for trackdays/when I get an everyday car, and put some DTH boddies on this one !
It does stop engine movement though, so if you don't mind rattles at certain revs then go for it !!!!

Originally from Peugeot Sport France, but they havn't had any in for ages!
I would recommend getting them from Kam-Racing or GMC as they are available straight away!
