Hey, I cant afford much, not much at all,
but im looking for a back box that will fit straight onto my 1.0 saxo. Any Ideas

I also want to know which back boxes make the popping sound when slowing down. Can i afford one on a low budget?
Anyone selling one?

Cheers

Dale

If it were me I'd go for one that fits straight on rather than a universal one. For the direct fit ones you could go for mild steel which will cost a bit less than a stainless steel one but won't last as long. Have a look at the likes of Piper, Magnex, Scorpion, Sprotex etc but as far as I'm aware you won't get the popping from a backbox alone, you'd need a full system and decat.

hi mate if you go on ebay, there are a few already modified to fit universal backboxes to go on ebay, if you want the pop pop pa pop pop as you leave off the accelerator as it will be releasing large amounts of back pressure if you have a baffleless back box, bare in mind there quite loud for long journeys, i rmemeber i had 1 on my nova sr.. my ears were ringing after driving from west wales to nottingham.
