Hi!
What oil would you recommend to fill a VTS "MA" gearbox with the Quaife ATB diff?

Stock box oil. Do not use a propper LSD oil.

The Silkolene is a great oil. However the Syn 5 is 90W I believe. This will increase transmission losses slightly and so lose you small amount of wheel power. Unless your are running big power sticking with a good 80W oil is good in my opinion. Its not uncommon for people to use even thinner engine oil in the box when sprint racing in the lower engine classes. Though I really would NOT recommend that on a road car. I will say that again I do NOT recommend this.

What about Castrol TAF-X and SAF-X? Which one I should choose? Silkolene isn't available around where I live

Do not use SAF-X
