Engine HFX

I have a Spanish Reg 2001 Saxo with an HFX engine. I have tried looking on the web and in my Haynes' manual but cannot find any info as what this actually means.
Any ideas?

It is a 1.1 SX.
From the position of the engine number Haynes says it has a cast iron head?
