potn.co.uk have a sale on, Pipercross Viper Induction Kit with Cold Air Feed, Universal £231.99 reduced to £150, these any good ?

not a fan of the Viper,
was put on a 205 GTi 1.6
and it lost -1bhp.

you can spend a lot of money on induction kits with little difference from one to the other.
Personally I'd probably look at the carbon BMC CDA as with a good air feed and its dead easy to fit. Good build quality too.
But sometimes its not worth spending money on things. Can't beat a Raceland / Green combo for value and they work well too. If you can over look the 'made in china' quality (okay they aren't that bad but they are rough around the edges figuratively speaking) then they are a valid option. Put the change towards the manifold lol
