as above. ive heard something about rs turbo plugs but is that right? if so whats there purpose? thanks

just use a quality standard set , they only need changing if th boost is blowing the spark out, unlikely on less than 10 psi

go a grade colder, 7s or 8s

2nd that. As you have boosted it you are best to be on the safe side. So as Gabbastard said you would not go wrong going a grade colder on your plugs.

As above, you want cooler spark plugs.

BCR8ES is the code for the NGK's - the ones to use in a Saxo.
