Sorry but im gonna have to swear alot in this post, right in the Vauxhall Corsa n Nova, if u have the 1.2 engine, u can put in the 1.3 or 1.4 camshafts, to improve performance n stuff, i have a 1.1 Saxo, could i do the same thing and put a 1.4 camshaft in mine?

dont think i have ever heard of this being asked before so im unsure if its possible, performance gains i imagine would be minimal?

as long as the journal diameters are the same you should be able to!.

i heared on ebay someone was selling a 106 xsi cam coz he upgraded to a 106 rallye cam, he had to bore out the head and said it was expensive.. but i sould imagine with the 1.1 it is very simular to the ax. on 1.1 there is a smaller lift that the 1.4 so as long as it fits in (my guess is it will because the heads are almost identical) then it is possible!.

possible but no gains to be had, very simular cams on 8v saxo models, ralley had larger valves and a wildish cam to give it the power and acceleration etc, so no point in having one without the other.
