I was wondering what is the best option for a manifold and exhaust upgrade for a mk2 vtr? And what sort of gains could I get from this and and an air filter, I am not expecting huge gains though.

I think all in with a de-cat if I can get second hand things maybe £350-400. Don't want a very loud one, maybe just a nice purrrrr......make sense?
