My VTS isnt running right on idle. When its idling it stutters as if its away to conk out but then revs itself and sorts itself out. I have Changed the plugs in it tonight and still doing it. Im starting to think its the Throttle Body or Idle Control Valve Carboned Up.

Also when driving when you accelerate there is no power then all of a sudden it goes. Only done this from cold. I have a fuel filter waiting to go on. as i think its a fueling issue or even at worsed an injector?

Can any1 Please shed some light on the Situation

EDIT. When on idle and you put load on the Engine (I.E Turn the Power Steering) it conks out which makes me think idle control valve

I had similar problem, had to replace the lambda sensor and now it runs sweet, yours may just be the same..

How could your idle carbon up? theres no combustion anywhere near it :)

Theres a Breather that goes into the filter from the rocker cover i thought this would maybe suck the oil in and over time clog it up. Im only an apprentice giv me a break :P ;) :p :y:

Throttle Body can carbon up
