View Full Version : Anyone interested in VTS engine stainless bolt kits?

I know it's pretty easy to get hold of these bits but i can only buy in bulk(bags of 100) but i can do A4 or A2 stainless high tensile(12.9) bolt & washer sets for VTS engines.
These will stay shiny and won't rust, ever. A4 stainless is over the top but if you want it i can supply it. They are also considerably stronger than standard bolts which is why i use them, they don't rust into stuff, and if you do them up too tight they don't snap. I use them for anti roll bar plates for this reason.
Includes:

Stainless bolts for cam covers(16), coilpack(4) and coilpack cover(6), manifold to head(8?), manifold heatshield(5). Rear anti roll bar plates(2), torsion bars(4)

Plus any other bolts, washer and nuts you want. Do everything in stainless. Or if you like black we do black mild steel ones for a lot cheaper.

These will be the correct length as std, in proper full stainless not just coated, i have left some of these bolts out in the rain for weeks and they are still just like new.

No set prices at the moment, this is a favour to you guys, i will only really sell sets as it's not worth my time to sell them otherwise. Bear in mind cost price for a bag of 100 cam cover hex cap bolts is approx £30 in A2, and £50 in A4 :omg:

I'll make a rough guestimate that cam cover and coilpack ones will come to £8+P&P with no profit for me, torsion bar and arb ones will cost about £3.50+P&P. Obviously i want people to give me something for my time, as i earn plenty doing normal work, this is a favour?! Add a bit for stainless washers too. Gonna cost around £15 for a set i reckon.

Probably around £10. I'll have to order some sets, i'm gonna do an order for a load of stuff tomorrow, will work out how much exactly it's cost me for each kit, then work out price of postage and give a definite cost. Sound fair?

Anyone who lowers their rear suspension should 100% use this kit, no hassle rounding off torx bits or snapping arb plate bolts ever again, and they stay blingy and shiny forever!

Got enough to make a good 10 batches of black cam cover ones, and enough stainless to do 15 coilpacks and coilpack covers plus all stainless washers. Can do red, blue or silver anodized washers too but they are $$$$$$$$$$

I'm interested Alex, as I've got a few missing from my coilpack covers anyway.

I'd like the following in black, and the shape of the bottom pictured one please:

Set for coilpack, coilpack covers, cam covers and rear ARB end plates.

Many thanks. :)

Anodised are way too expensive, you know where i get them, just knock 25% off and i'll do them at that price :) Appears to be 80p per bolt plus vat, and they only do blue in 10mm long(that includes the head), red come in 20mm long which is right, again £1 per bolt...

Aiii David, chrome rocks. I'm loving the black ones though.
