i just read on kam racing that the raceland manifold will require a bit more work coz things hav to be located if your fitting it on a mk2.
i was just wondering if i spent the extra money and bought a supersprint manifold would it fit straight on to my mk2 vtr??

Supersprint manifolds will fit straight on. Racelands require the oil filter to be moved.

OMP strut braces fit straight on no bother. Think the sparco ones require the fuel cut off switch to be moved though.

raceland manifold and supersprint manifold are pretty much the same shape, both 4-2-1. i know when i fitted my super sprint to the vts all i had to move was the dip stick, but im sure there is something else that needs relocating for the vtr, what ever it is will need relocating for both supersprint and raceland

Wrong, the Supersprint fits straight on with nothing being moved on the mk2 vtr, I have one myself. They are both 4-2-1 but the pipes follow a slightly different course, and so the supersprint is more... central, away from the oil filter.
