problem, HELP

hi ppl i own a 106 quicksilver as well as my saxo but it has something wrong wiv it just wondering if anyone knows wat it may be? when i start the 106 it starts perfectly fine but after about 1minute the engine just dies. once died i can turn the key again and it starts straight away but after about 1minute it dies again it continuously does this. can anyone help? will be much appreciated.

ive got the same problem with ma vtr. when it warms up a bit, it cuts out. but starts up again no probs. the person i bought it from has changed the spark plugs / coil pack / water cooling sensor thing. only thing left i can think off is the idle control valve. so im gonna change that see if it helps. if it does ill let you know .

thanks, same here i changed the plugs took it to pug and spent 250quid to have all put right then two weeks later i back at square 1, dont know wat to do as i trying to sell it and got mot coming up.

thats what im doing mate lol. trying to sell it. someone came to see it and thats when it started right in front off the guy. nightmare. then i got the usual story , ive got more to look at. and never seen/heard from him again lol.

same trouble here, was fine last week, someone rings yday to ask to come view this tuesday now its playing up, might ave to ring pug see what they say but it bound to be the same old “bring it in and we will look at it”

nightmare eh. only happens when you want to get rid lol. hope you have better luck than me and get it sold. cheers
