Going to do an oil and plug change on my car soon and was wondering if the type of plugs affect the way it runs? performance etc...
been told to get some NGK R? plugs as there good,
any info on plugs would be useful.
and does 5w-40 offer better protection for my engine when its cold? and whats the downsides compared to 10w-40?
cheers

Not sure on spark plugs.
With regards to oil, the first no. is the viscosity (sp) of the oil or how thick it is. The second no. isthe range of temperature it works best over, the higher the number the higher range of temperature, more important in hotter countries.

I dont like NGK's just personal choice.
You should try the nipon iridium power.
