Hi all. I am unsure wether to buy a panel filter or an enclosed filter for my 106? Is there much difference in gains between a panel filter and an enclosed? If so, is there a big difference in between the two? If I were to buy a panel filter it would probably a K&N but if I bought an enclosed it would probably be an ecosse or green enclosed system. I had a green enclosed system on my VTR and noticed good gains but that was comparing it with the piperx open filter. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance, Lee.

Is the Raceland enclosed basically the same as a Green or Ecosse enclosed induction? If so, why do the Green and Ecosse systems cost so much more?

because there money grabbers lol

And probably fit properly unlike the Raceland :(

Panel filter is fine on a budget, We won't be buying another raceland though.

I dont mind what the cost is, its just that if a panel filter will give the same gains as an enclosed or slightly less gains than an enclosed then I might as well just get a panel filter.
