Right ladies and gentleman im just lettin you'l know not to go with diamond they are possibly the shitest insurance company ever, used them to insure my saxo and they were great first time when i nneded to make a claim.

However i used them for my clio went fully comp for that extra service and protection, and was on a roundabut on the inside lane when somebody came from a junction straight into the side of my car causing me to go up the roundabout. Contacted diamond as soon as i got home and they advised that it might be split fault because i was already on a roundabout :wall: but the reasured me that they will do everything they can and this was on the 11th Jan 2008.

So far nothing has happened had to wait bout 1 week before i could get a courtesy car which was in shit condition and so forth. Got a call from the repair centre last night to advise my car has been repaired so got £600 excess out my mums and dads bank to pay for it got there and it isnt even fixed and now has more damage then before.

Contacted diamond to say they are chasing up the TP to see whos fault it was :homme:

Im sooo f**ked off right now and just thought id advise you that you should never use diamond

Lol sorry hen.

Sorry to hear your misfortunes with the insurance company my dear.
No way to treat any customer at any level.

Is there no way you could sue the company for such shoddy workmanship?

You pay the money to expect a decent service. £750 is a lot of money.
Insuarance is crap and just ridculous....When I rang up my insurance one week 2 say im getting an exhaust...they were like yeah its fine... wen i got it they said no u cant have it...bunch of cowboys.

Anyway kick up a stir and it should get sorted quicker.

Yea seems like the best idea.

You shouldn't even have to pay for the excess if its taking that long. absolute joke!
